Ok BOR, if you want to call a spade a spade then fine

. However, I still think there is a distinction between the two. If he was fired, then he was fired. Why say he resigned then? Is resigned the policitally correct term? Is resigned the new black? It seems really idiotic to use the two terms as the same meaning when in fact they are very different.
