Le Peite Moi, true but the occosinal cheat meal can be benifital to the dieting person. Especially if they've been going at it for a long time. It helps reset the metabolism and if used properly it can actually bust a pleateau.

Of course, I haven't had a pleateau yet, but it was a nice mental reward.
