Its not walking, its too much food in the pie hole. Walking doesn't burn that much energy.
I don't walk anywhere, I get little exercise currently, but I'm not fat, I just don't eat as much as I used to.
Once I get my ass back to the gym I will increase what I'm eating again to match.
