So... YouTube is being funky on me. Every video (no matter which one) stops after 2 seconds. I see the first two seconds fine, and the progress bar at the bottom shows that the video is downloading... but it just stops at the 2 second mark.

I'm in a new apartment with a new ISP (AT&T DSL), but YouTube has worked fine on this computer in the past. The same thing happens in both Opera and IE. Any suggestions?
