I approach deep throating like I'm trying to swallow a pill sortof. I the floor of my throat (base of my tongue) down to open my throat and then when he is IN my throat I sortof swallow.
It helps a bit if I turn my head so that any curve in the guys penis is angled DOWN my throat. Otherwise it just sortof jams against my uvula and that makes me gag faster. It takes practice and a sort of control.
As for breathing. I just take a deep breath before I go down my throat and hold it till I an breath again.
If you still can't get past the gagging. Try spraying your throat and uvula with cloraseptic throat spray. It has a numbing agent in it and it will decrease the likelyhood that you will gag.
