Blood pressure is made up of three things, the amount of blood in your system (fluid), the heart (pump), and the arteries and veins (container). Blood pressure is the measure of the amount of force against the arteries and veins as the heart beets.
A vasovagal response means that your arteries and veins are expanding. (the container gets bigger and has more room for fluid). Your body only has a fixed amount of blood so as your veins expand there is essentially less blood in proportion to the size of the container. The heart pumps the blood at the same rate, but since the container is larger, the pressure goes down.
It looks like Flornif helps the body retain water to help bolster the amount of fluid in the container so pressure does not get to low. When pressure gets low, gravity works against you because it takes more pressure to pump blood to your brain than it does to pump down into your legs.
I have never taken Flornif nor have I known anyone who has taken it so I can't comment on that.
