Sorry, I tend to ramble.
Lets put it this way.
I'm burning 24 episodes of the show.
The first 12 on the DVD came out fine. No freezing mid progress
For episodes 13-24, it freezes at 45% progress. Nero is unresponsive so I have to force close and the drive is non responsive (does not open). I reboot the computer and RETRY with the SAME data (13-24). Again it freezes at exactly 45% progress and freezes up the program as well as the drive. So episodes 13-24 may be what is freezing the drive (or specifically, one of the episodes since the progress stops at the same spot). i dont know. All I can tell you is it's repeatable.
This is one example. Now in the bigger picture, if i burn two seasons each 24 episodes with 12 episodes per dvd, then statistically, 1 out of every 4 dvds has this issue (approx25%) and the data on said problemaic dvds have been re-burned with the same problems yielding repeatability with that set of data.
