That's the way I remember it ...even in the U.S. the Malibu was a somewhat "upscale" or sporty version of a Chevelle, then up to the "SS" model. I was also questioning the unique Canadian names given to many of the domestic North American made Ford, GM, Chrysler cars back before the '90's.
