This has to be the worst professional sports league in the world.. Yeah yeah hockey is physical and all that, but when a guy (say brooks orpiks for example) runs a franchise player into the boards from behind and compresses the franchise player's vertbre only gets a 3 game suspension has be in disbelief. Yet, when a guy rips off another guys helmet after the guy he checks wants to fight and whops him on the head with it gets a 2 game suspension has me confused.. Are you telling me that bopping a guy on the head with a helmet (which is far less dangerous than hitting someone in the head with a stick) gets a 2 game penalty and a guy that almost breaks another guy's neck only get s a3 game suspension .. i don't get it sorry.) I don't know if you guys share the same feelings about this as me..
