Funny, just a couple of weeks ago my girlfriend asked me if I ever got horny while driving and what did I do about it? Apparently, she used to when she had to drive some distance to get to work and she would pull over on the side of a country road and "relieve" herself.
I used to do that too. When I lived in Montreal and worked in Toronto, I would daydream about the sex I just had, or the sex I was about to have when I got home and I would have to pull over into a service centre on the 401.
