From what I gather, it sounds like men whose erections are more horizontal, don't care too much if it's down or not, while those that have erections alot more vertical, will put it in the right position so as not to suffer any discomfort.
Hmm, never actually thought about thefact that there would be such a different in angle, and discomfort that went with it.
