The irony is that if someone was to steal one of these out of your mailbox and set it up -The credit card companies will start to bill you and not really care if they really have a real person interested in using their product.
Of course, once they start billing you -you will have an uphill battle getting your name out of their customer list.
This happened to a friend of mine. I would call them and start asking them not to send you any more crap in the mail.
