of course i'll second/third/whatever the notion of quality goods, but I also want to reinforce the idea of a high-quality appearance. especially for a store selling such non-standard (at least to me) items, the appearance of your store is paramount...how are you going to get people (all types of people) to be interested and not freaked out? (rhetorical question of course)
