Charlatan and I have cottages about 15 minutes drive apart. My family's is on Golden Lake, which is connected to Round Lake. Charlie and I have frequented a number of the same places, which is very cool, because that particular area is not a very well known place.
We call it a cottage. It is sort of winterized. It has a Franklin stove. It has no running water so we just use buckets to flush the can.
I'm going there on Christmas Day. Very pumped. Hopefully the ice will be good and we'll get a rink shovelled off. If it isn't usually the rink in Killaloe is up and running.
Are you going there this CHristmas, Charlatan? I'll be there from the 26-31st.
