I saw it the other night and I liked it. At some points in the movie I thought it was going to turn into a fight club/multiple personality twist movie, but I like the way it was handled. I enjoyed how it would keep you guessing, but about half way through I had it figured out, and wasn't exactly desperate to see what happened next.
My theory, which I'm pretty sure is right: Spoiler: People say that right before you die your life flashes before your eyes. So he was replaying his life in his head, but the people on the outside trying to help him were replacing the people who were actually in his past. Well, his past and a lot extra... Overall though, I liked it.
