In my opinion, a blade shop that does not carry a selection of QUALITY blade care items and tools is irritating but normal. A shop that stands out to me carries these items. If I spend a lot of money on a blade, I'm going to want something to keep it in good shape. Non-gimmicky sharpening stones or crock sticks are very hard to find in my area. An assortment of torx bits that would allow me to dismantle some of my folders for cleaning/tweaking would be a welcome sight in a blade shop as well.
