Someone on Gamefaqs said this about the censored versions.

the shower scene with Carla is supposed to be censored. In uncut version she's naked, but they don't show full frontal nudity. In the censor version she's taking a shower with her underwear on. Also the sex sequence is done with the char models still in their clothes.
