Errr, have you ever USED asterisk? I'm the asterisk admin at my company, and I can't stand it. Even with an understanding of VoIP it still sucks. Yes, it'll do analog (as will any VoIP software or hardware), but it's not easy to configure, not easy to use, and doesn't run on Windows. Somehow I doubt this solution is a good one for this issue.
