Unfortunately, in my case it was my own pc case. The friend in VA had it to try and fix it...I don't know how much he insured it for, but he said UPS is giving him a hard time about paying up.
Convenience aside, I'll stick to USPS to send things out, return receipt requested. Last we spoke, UPS hadn't even gotten back to him about the signature, although they were able to track the package. It's been almost a year now.
