Yeah, well, that's a common problem in the teen years. As guys get into their 20s, more and more of them get past it. But if you aren't actually dating women, only having sorta-sex-on-demand with them, you are not going to get past it. You're conditioning yourself to stay a teenager.
Lose the porn. Get out of the house. Find some thing to do in your free time that involves women -- activity, class, club, whatever. Get to know them as people. Things will follow from there.
