get a decline bench and grab 15-45lbs of weight and do crunches.
or get a pull up bar, hang from it and do knee lifts until your abs are strong enough to do hanging leg lifts.
or have sex a lot and get your abs strong by power thrusting.
and add lots of cardio to cut down body fat %. you need like 10 or less % to see ab definition or something like that.
