Ab Routines
Anyone have a really good ab workout to build definition?
I've been doing a set of full crunches to work the lower part. Then the bicycle kind to do the sides and then shorter, tighter crunches to get the top. It's not really having much effect though. |

get a decline bench and grab 15-45lbs of weight and do crunches.
or get a pull up bar, hang from it and do knee lifts until your abs are strong enough to do hanging leg lifts. or have sex a lot and get your abs strong by power thrusting. and add lots of cardio to cut down body fat %. you need like 10 or less % to see ab definition or something like that. |

cardio is very important, just like skinny said. you can build your ab muscles up but if you have a layer of fat over them, then it will not make any difference on how your abs look
