If you take it without the exercise you will just gain fat. I don't know how old you are but I'll guess young, and trust me fat starts to come very naturally later in life.

I work out 3 days a week. I'm not trying to get fat (of that I can assure you
) but I want to get bigger and then turn it into muscle.
