So far, I've been able to do a small handful of the workouts with just my pull-up bar, the stopwatch on my cellphone, a couple of chairs, a broomstick and a couple of heavy textbooks.
While I'm here, I could use some advice specifically from CFers. I have been working on being able to do chin-ups and pull-ups for a couple of weeks now, and my neck has been cramping for the last two days between the chin/pull-up negatives and the push-ups. I'm not sure how much I'm supposed to rest or if I'm just supposed to push through the pain and keep doing it every day. The neck cramping has been confusing because I'm very careful not to tense up my neck and shoulders when I'm doing these exercises - it's afterward, when I raise my arms to stretch, my neck muscles will all of a sudden get extremely tense and then cramp up.
Anybody know what the deal is and how I can fix it and stay on the CF fast track? I want to be able to do full extension chin-ups and pull-ups soon!
