I called there corporate office and basically the guy was a complete ass. He told me that the email I received from HP, AND the person I talked to didn't exist! He denied any wrong doing and yelled, "IS THAT ALL?." Wow....but what can you expect from a company large enough to send me to a small island and drop genetically altered wild beasts trained to sniff out hungry poor people, who stand up to Best Buy.
