yeah, id check out the local laws on statchitory (sp?) rape. even if she says it'll be fine, you never know what she might do if things turn sour. You don't want to have to register as a sex offender anywhere you move for the rest of your life. It's just not worth it in that respect. Oh, and parents can be assholes about it too. Just be wary.
