Those that look with just their eyes
See two pieces not quite joined
I see space, broken by the shapes
That hold the sky in each
They reach,but cannot touch
Incomplete without the other
Empty space comes between them
Shrinking over time
Until the time comes
When touching completes the sky
When joining completes the path
