Thats where the main story is on the news today. Not much, just a couple of words.
As a employee of this great company. I figure I would lay out what the difference is, as said in the article job security is the issue. In the 100 years that Telus has been a company, it has NOT laid off a employee.
My plan: I will fulfill my week of obligation with the Union and then I will be going back to work. Telus has treated me very fairly. The unions have their place and time, and for me this is quite the problem.
Anyone have any thoughts on the strike?
p.s. I don't want this to turn into a pro-union/anti-union debate. It is about what you think on the other points of the matter.
