Chauncey, next time I'm upstate (NY), I'll buy you some and mail it to you. We get it at this butcher shop in North Creek, NY - it's tender and juicy and awesome. Just don't let it sit around too long, it dries out overquick. They have plain, teriyaki, and hot (crushed red pepper, yummy!). Seriously.
