Alrighty, thanks for the response SiN! Here's my setup in bios, and they're all ide's

Primary master: Maxtor HD
Primary slave: zip drive

Secondary master: cd-rom
Secondary slave: cdRW

Thats how they're showing up in bios. As far as being jumpered correctly, I'm not sure. I haven't any experience in that area.

So i've got 2 cd-roms and 1 hard drive with a zip and a floppy disk in the rig. I tried booting up windows from my cd on another computer this morning and it didn't boot up on that computer either. It will come up with a boot disk failed message. I hope this better explains things! Thanks again!
