One main thing I have noticed is you just have to fit. My ex girlfriend and I worked proportionally. However, my current girlfriend is less than five foot and I'm a bit over six foot so it just doesn't work with us. I quite enjoy it but the girls I have done it with say that they cannot concentrate like they would like to on giving me head. I definatly think it's a lot of fun but not an everyday thing.
