Over the past few years (I'm 23 atm) I've noticed a definite increase in both my recovery time from strenuous activity as well as taking longer to heal i.e. small cuts and bruises that used to take 2 or 3 days to heal up now easily take a week or more.
I realise that as one becomes older these things happen - the rate at which we regenerate anything slows down with age. I'm just a bit worried that my body's going off the deep end a tad early
So i was wondering: Are there any supplements or vitamins or herbal products that one can take to remedy this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
