buy a similar tv or an lcd. forget the plasmas
they're right about the tv tho, it can only be so clear. no real advantage. plus the more expensive the tv, ie hdtv, you'd have to pay more to get hd feed.
i got a sony 27" for xmas and am really happy with it. only cost 400 bucks too
