Are you with her because you don't think anyone else will love you? Sounds like you need to work on your self confidence as well, and realize you need to help yourself before you can be with a person who is in such dire need of help.
Do you recognize that this girl is emotionally damaged, and just loving her isn't going to fix her, that she needs real help.
