		 The law is different in every state--not all of us are familiar with how Indiana's minor in possession laws work. 
 
Like I said, out here an MIP is equivalent to a traffic ticket, and I'd imagine it's the same in a lot of other states.  It's unfortunate that that is not the case in Indiana.
