Before you decide what to do I'd find out for sure how this might effect your future career as a pilot. You never know, if something like this will keep you from getting a liscense or worse yet let you get one but make all the airlines shun you. If it is going to have this effect, it might be worth getting a lawyer who can either get you off or work out a deal so that it doesn't end up on your record.
