Yeah, but you see coding. If you got maybe colors and a quote and some pics and bulleted list and some links to other places, then you'd have a lot of coding all over the place. It'd be a mess. With WYSIWYG, you have NO coding. It's all hidden with your formatting already applied. Think of it like a live preview. You don't have to preview all the time cause it's all right there on the screen. That's what I love about WYSIWYG. And there are no drawbacks, if you don't like it, just switch to one of the other editor interfaces.
