Watch your fat and sugar intake. Things that say they are "fat free" are really packed with sugar which can turn into fat.

Eat a lot of fruit, veggies, meats that are good are chicken and fish.
Don't STOP eating. This can cause your metabolism to slow down. Instead eat lots of small healthy meals.
