hah, my b/f is a total commitment-phob, so there will be NO "I love you"s for some time...I'm trying to very gently hint to him that maybe we should live together next year...
But he sounds like a good solid guy. I say, have THAT conversations. Talk you him about what exactly you guys are. Not that I'm saying this is the case, but sometimes one person can think there's something more going on while the other is just in it for the sex. But he did fly, like, a bajillion miles to see you. So it's probably not just the sex.
But yeah, communication is the key.
