OK, first off, don't be nervous, that will be your downfall. Be cautious though. Be very slow and gentle. Use LOTS of lubrication. It may be a good idea to make her have an orgasm before hand, she'll be less tense if she does. Take Squirt's advice and use toys/fingers first to get her used to the feeling of having something in there. I would recomend toys.
