I would say, start by not touching her vaginal area. Start by running her hands over her entire body. Pinch her nipples maker her whole body part of the experience. From there don't just dive into the clitoris either. Play with the entire beautiful thing. Pull on the lips, spread her wetness over everything. She has to explore what parts of her she likes the most. slowly build up to the clitoris. Then start slowly with two or three fingers on it moving in a circular motion. From there she might slip a finger or two inside of her while she plays with her breasts or clit with her other hand. She needs a lot of practice to learn her body and the responses she gets from different things.
