Actually, this is the whole thing right here, and it applies to both sexes as well. Continual oral stimualtion is not as stimulating as a mix. I know when I'm performing oral sex on my wife, there's the tongue is involved, but so are other parts of my face, my ahnds and fingers, and whatever else is handy.
And to focus on genitalia only is not the best stimulation either. Thighs, breasts, pubic region, even the anus are all just waiting for you to invite them to the party. And, fo ryou women, this applies to most men as well, even if they may not know it.
