That was one of the worst experiences of my life. Right up there with food poisoning, both in severity and duration. I called it "Gollum mouth." A more descriptive name would be "painful Gollum mouth." But like Shakran said, you should be all right if you follow their instructions... I got it because I'm on birth control and people on hormonal treatments of any kind are WAY more likely to develop dry socket.
