Story, I saw my ex the other day and it seemed to hurt again. I wonder why? Guess I can't let go, what a pathetic wimp. Sigh**..

Well, both of them are about the same person, the forbidden fruit and love puppet .. so here it is.

The Forbidden Fruit.

If you can’t have it then let it go,
If it were that easy,
To do it we ought to know.

You want to have what you can’t,
Like the sweeter forbidden fruit.
It grows atop a tree of thorns,
You hurt yourself to pick the fruit,
Thinkin’ that it’s worth the scars.
But when you reach the top,
You find it’s gone.
It’s been skewered down
By the arrow of a cheat.
You’re left only with wounds to lick,
Has it ever been worth the while?

If you can’t have it,
Will you ever let it go?
