I would strongly recommend removing the "bass blocker" from the door speakers. A cutoff that high just isn't good. With a sub that is crossed over at 100Hz or lower, that's a big gap. I would sure hope that you don't cross the sub at 200Hz. That'd sound shitty at best. If those are 6.5" woofers in the door, 60-80Hz is a good range to cut them off at.
