I do know that they come to people with warnings about the future and taht they appear humanlike, but have wings that allow them to fly. A movie was made about them starring Richard Gere. I don't really think so. I'm originally from Point Pleasant, the home of the big Mothman tales, and the description is not the Mothman. No one ever really saw the face, or if they did they didn't want to recall. The main feature other than the wings of course was the glowing red eyes. His story mentioned black eyes, so I doubt it was the Mothman. Unfortunately there are no experiences for me with the supernatural, although I do still believe that there are things out there that we cannot explain.
