I basically do two different stomach routines, I do them on cardio day (yeah, I know..) and I switch it up every month or two:
Hanging Leg Raises
Hanging Twisted Raises
Weighted Crunches
Good Morning Squats
Crunches (swiss ball or otherwise)
Reverse Crunches
Leg Lifts
Back Extensions
