Thanks Munchen, I cehecked that site out a few days ago. BTW I've been to Mississauga a few times b/c I have a good buddy from there (fellow Islander fan I met through a Message board and ended up chilling with). Nice town.
Wolf- How long do you do the stretches for? I went for about 10 minutes today.
