I recently purchased a KDS 17SX 17" LCD monitor just last night. Well, the thing is causing some major eye straining to the point of where I'm thinking of taking it back. I played with the adjustments on the monitor and even fidgeted with the controls on Window XP. The fonts, especially when just reading letters, causes the most strain to my eyes. It looks like the fonts are not sharp at all and they seem to be quite blurry. I hooked this monitor up to my Dell 4550 computer but reading anything on here is just bad. Would getting a new signal cable to hook between the monitor and computer do me any good or am I wasting my time? Any help would be appreciated as I have yet to get a response in the computer section on here. Any other ideas of what I can do to fix this problem possibly? Thanks in advance.
