Dieting... I'm sick of it.
I am happy with my body.... but I would like to drop quite a few pounds before puttin' on that swimsuit this summer.
I tried the atkins diet, I've tried the grapefruit thing, and nothing worked. I am getting myself into a stretching routine but I know I need to eat better as well.... but I can't cut out my soda. In that fact I am like a smoker. I am however trying to work on cutting out the junk.
Anywho, I just wanted to know other ladies ideas about losing weight and what they have done to keep it off... or even know some good things to try.
I am just sick of trying to get into a diet and then relapsing.
